To inform the public by providing a source for relevant local news. To educate our contributors by training them in journalism and multimedia production. To involve our community by recruiting members to tell stories through our online forum for user-generated content.

WHO ARE WE?

We are a passionate and driven team of young professionals, running a local news source based in St. Petersburg, Florida. We cover arts, events, lifestyle, music and local government, as well as profile local businesses and citizens of St. Pete. Founded in January of 2010 on the values of public journalism, we are contributor-based and always looking for other members of the community to get involved.
